A tour through the New Old Town of Frankfurt

We tell the story of the development of the old town, its destruction during the Second World War and the new beginning afterwards. However, the tour focuses on the “New Old Town” project with interesting aspects of planning, construction and architecture, as well as stories about its former residents such as Goethe’s Aunt Melber and the Frankfurt dialect poet Friedrich Stoltze.
